No where else can one so easily experience superb sailing conditions while viewing stunning seaside estates, famous yachts and other visually arresting sights set against the backdrop of a colonial town and beautiful rocky shoreline.

In the past our saiboats have been chartered for bachelor parties, engagements, corporate team building events, graduation parties, company milestones, surprise birthday parties, retirement outings, you name it. Past corporate clients include, Adidas, Blue Cross, Hasbro, Harvard Univeristy, Black and Decker, Shields Healthcare, Deloitte Touche, Price Waterhouse Coopers and countless others.

On private charters, guests may participate in the sailing or sit back and relax. No sailing experience is required.

To book a Private Charter, you pick a boat, date and one of our scheduled departure times. Departure times are posted in each boats' section. For charters on Sightsailer and Starlight, payment in full is due at time of booking. Aquidneck charters require a deposit.

Customer Cancellations: You may cancel and receive a 100% refund providing you cancel at least 10 days before departure.

Weather Cancellations: You really have nothing to worry about! We won't send you out in the pouring rain or if the radar shows it's likely to start raining just after you depart. We will cancel in the event of sustained rain, thunder, lightning, high winds, rough seas, dense fog or if threatening weather appears imminent. However, we will sail in cloudy, light to medium fog and overcast conditions. If it looks like there is a small chance of a light sprinkle or passing shower, we'll sail. So although we can't guarantee you a a postcard picture-perfect sunset, rest assured that we won't send you out in the pouring rain either! Since the weather can change rapidly in New England, we often do not make cancellation decisions until shortly before departure time.See our FAQ section for more details.

Private Parties & Celebrations

Birthday parties, graduations, family gatherings, retirement parties and special occasions are all great private charter ideas. We can accomodate smaller wedding parties ( a maximum of 49), for spectacular ceremonies in Newport Harbor and Narragansett Bay. Officiants and catering can easily be arranged. Bachelorette parties in Newport on a sailboat are always a hit. Any of our boats may be chartered for a bachelor or bachelorette party, although because of her capacity of 13 guests, Sightsailer is our most popular. Relax as we sail you through Newport Harbor and past the legendary sights of Narragansett Bay. Unwind with your favorite beverages and light food. Engagements

Looking for that special venue to pop the question in Newport? Starlight, and Newport as a backdrop, offer the perfect setting. Charter Starlight for one of her regularly scheduled day or sunset sails for just the two of you with our captain. Starlight is luxurious, comfortable and well equipped.
